“House extension/renovation project is approx. One fifth of the way through: 26 working days with C2 D&B. The team are hard working and very helpful in accommodating our needs as we are living in the house alongside the works, which is never an easy thing. Site/build leader, Mike, is brilliant, he answers our questions (we have many) and is happy to rectify snags along the way. We have excellent communication lines with project manager, Jason, we appreciated the detailed costings and clear scope of work. Early days, but happy with progress, and hope project continues on this trajectory :))”

Very bad experience with this company, several jobs started, paid for in full by myself and never completed, Builder removed goods I had paid for from my property to use in his own home without my permission. Deposits paid well in advance for items still not received - 8 months and still waiting. Bad attitude, rude and arrogant, refuses to communicate, sends threatening messages. Extremely high turn over of staff due to the way he treats them - never a good sign, 3 roofers in 5 months. Adds additional monies to invoices without prior agreement.
