I was very pleased with the response to my enquiry about checking and re-pointing my chimney stack. This was completed and confirmed no other problems with the roof. The only problem was moss which I was informed this was a job that they can do if I require at another time. Due to travelling to Berkshire slightly past the time given.

Bob fitted a stove and mantle in my living room and a decorative combination in my dining room. Price was he was very competitive and actually cheaper than me spourcing my own units to have fitted. Punctual, polite and good at what he does. Highly recommended.

I had a very old wall in a poor state that had to be rebuilt. Only some of the bricks could be reused, and Bob went out of his way to find more bricks, some old and some new, to blend in with the originals. He checked with me about my requirements before he started, and gave me sound advice. He was quite happy to make adjustments when I changed my mind towards the end of the job - following his advice. He also repointed another old wall for me, which was expertly carried out. Bob certainly wants the client to be happy with the job he performs.

Bob and his team are fantastic, punctual, hard working and clean. Capitol have installed a wood burning stove in our 1930s flat and it looks stunning. Bob was very helpful during the survey visit and was clear abour prices and work involved. I'd recommend Bob to anyone looking at a new fireplace/stove. Cheers Capitol!

A very professional job from beginning to end. Bob was punctual, hard-working and treated our home with respect. He made sure our property was protected from dirt and dust and cleared up thoroughly afterwards. We were always informed of what time to expect him and he would notify us straightaway if he was delayed. The quality of his work is superb and we have a beautiful fireplace as a result. Bob is a very reliable contractor and an expert in his field (he even uses German products:)). He gave us honest and realistic advise and carried out the works in a very professional way without us having to worry. He dealt with problems and resolved issues in a great way. He was always punctual, kept his word and installed our inset wood burning stove including all required pipe work and wall/ roof break-throughs to a very high standard. Before he left for the day, everything was cleaned up and left tidy. I highly recommend Bob as it was such a breeze of fresh air working with him after dealing with other contractors during our house refurbishment for the past 6 months. Michael

Bob delivered on all of his promises. He's a very upfront individual re: pricing and doesn't beat about the bush. Bob found a problem with my chimney after many years of it not working properly. I was so happy that someone had finally come up with a solution to this problem and was willing to carry out the work. Bob and his team always arrived on time, working from 0800 until quite late into the evening. If there was more than one option, on materials or look, Bob gave us the options and then gave us his recommendation. Without fail that recommendation achieved the better outcome and we never felt we were pushed into selecting something we didn't want. The fireplace and stove look fantastic and you can't tell it wasn't originally there. Dust sheets were put up first and hoovering and wiping down was done at the end of each day. Everyone was polite and courteous, always informative and ready to explain what they were doing. I can't recommend Bob strongly enough!

Had Bob in to fit a wood burner, he was great ! Always turned up on time and done a fantastic job. He was helpful giving us good advice on maintenance of the fire etc. Very happy with his work and would definatley recomend him.
