Can't thank Mark enough, We had a really difficult install into our conservatory as we had just had a new roof fitted,and i had purchased the biggest log burner that i could find - big mistake. Mark tackled it with all his professionalism as a builder and went far and beyond to make sure it was 100% We were over the moon with the finish. We felt completely confident in Mark, and he didn't let us down left us in a totally clean place, and sorted out the install certificate before we had fully paid. if you are considering a log burner make sure you speak to this man. Captain Stove Direct (Mark) installed a multi fuel burner for us 4 years ago. We had a problem with the liner a few weeks ago. Before Mark could work out what had caused the problem, he reassured us he'd replace it promtly, which he did, at no cost to us. It transpires it was "user error" (our fault!) but Mark kindly declined to charge us. Such amazing service. Can't recomend enough.
