Jon offers excellent customer service - friendly, responsive and eager to ensure customer satisfaction. He has a fantastic team of staff whose work has been consistently brilliant. I spoke with Jon and booked two cleaners to come round and for a trial clean on Tuesday 14th February between 11-12, with a plan to follow with a weekly domestic clean. Unfortunately they didn’t show up so I tried calling Jon and left a message on the company voicemail but didn’t get a reply. I tried calling again later and it rang a few times before being sent to voicemail. Really disappointed by the lack of communication and total disregard for their customers.
