"We are thrilled with our project! We did a remodel of the downstairs of our house with new bifolds, windows, some structural work, bespoke bookshelves and kitchen fitting and Jerome did it all, and included it all in our initial quote. Despite the initial very messy work, Jerome was incredibly positive and smiling throughout and a lovely person to have in our home (navigating small children and a puppy very well during the school holidays!). He was transparent with pricing for materials and any extra parts that we decided we wanted. Overall, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend CaSo Building."

Jerome was very friendly & professional. He responded to my enquiry for a quote very promptly even though he was very busy. He worked very hard & to a high standard, always started work promptly in the morning & tidied up at the end of each day.

Never pay a large deposit up front — agree a staged payment schedule tied to completed milestones, and hold a small retention until snagging is done.
Get it in writing: an itemised quote with scope, materials, start and finish dates, and how any changes (variations) will be priced.
