Excellent service, good communications, took real pride in doing a good job and ensuring I was happy with his work, reasonable price. And to top it all off a really nice guy to have in the house. "Our kitchen is going to be with us for a long time, although old, over 20 years, it is sound with no faults aside from the hob which was failing and the evil cooker hood which was designed to gouge your head when cooking. When the extractor needed replacing we decided to replace the evil hood, but getting something to match was an issue. Craig took the brief and had a good think and came up with a really good way to remodel it. Craig worked hard to get the details right & was not phased when hidden features caused problems. a pleasant guy who was proud of his high standards. Before & after"
"Brilliant service and excellent plumber. Craig came and gave me a quote on fitting a kitchen sink and taps. Very good competitive price, Craig gave me date and time to fit kitchen sink and taps and came on the time he said, very punctual. It probably took longer than expected as Craig had to cut hole larger than the one that was already there but still charged me what he quoted, also cleaned everywhere after finishing. I highly recommend castle and fern."
