We recently used Castle Windows to install new doors and windows throughout our detached bungalow. I cannot emphasise how happy we are with the finished result and the service we received. Carl was very knowledgeable and helpful, offering advice based on our personal taste and was able to provide a quote on the initial visit which was very reasonable. We were also able to see exactly what the windows we’d chosen would look like in our bungalow on the initial visit, thanks to some nifty software which rendered the property (with Windows installed). There were also absolutely no “hard sell’ techniques (which I despise), as Carl simply provided us with a quote and left the decision with us. Installation itself went extremely smoothly, thanks to two absolutely outstanding fitters (Billy and Josh) who were both really knew their stuff and were highly skilled. They turned up on time every day and worked extremely hard, even doing smaller jobs which were outside the provision of installing doors and windows. Their work was so neat and professional and they tidied up as they went along ensuring that there was minimal disruption. What was initially a four-day job, was completed in just over three days, due to how hard the boys worked and how good they were at their jobs. Absolutely outstanding service all around from a very professional company. I can’t recommend or rate them highly enough.

We have used Castle Windows before for our windows, so we didn’t hesitate to go with them when we wanted a new porch, they are very reliable, good value for money, excellent service, they informed us from ordering to the porch being fitted, workmen were excellent, polite, kept outside clean and tidy, and did a fantastic job, highly recommend, we are very pleased with the results and finish, in the future we will definitely use again.

The above installation by Castle Windows was an excellent job done. The fitters were clean and friendly workers. Respectful of working in your home. The fitters work exclusively for Castle Windows which was important to us as we have had issues previously with contract fitters. Which means even if the product is good the quality of the installation is not! You can be very disappointed with the outcome. We managed to agree an amicable price after negotiation which we were more than happy with. Overall a great job.

We had a window changed into patio doors and we are extremely happy with the result. We got a quote very quickly, the work was booked in immediately and then on the day the guys completed the job carefully and speedily. They left the place really tidy and were courteous and considerate throughout. The communication with the company was good, the price was fair and we are very satisfied.

We decided to use Castle Windows again as we were impressed with them 5 years ago. Firstly, arranging an appointment was easy. Carl attended on the agreed day/time and talked us through what we wanted, especially with the replacement doors. We had French doors and we were walked through all the pros and cons of French, sliding, bi-fold etc. We decided and a date for fitting was arranged. I had a call the week before as a reminder/confirmation. On the day, the guys arrived promptly (Early actually) and started straight away. They were very keen not to make a mess and were very courteous. The speed in which they got the old windows and doors out was amazing. The new windows and bi-fold doors look amazing and we are very happy with them. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and the job was finished in the one day. I’d recommend Castle Windows to anyone.

Great communication and advice throughout the whole process. Selected Castle due to the quality of the windows/doors and a competitive price. No pushy sales techniques and gave me a price straight away, whilst others took weeks or didn't even come back to me. The fitters were friendly and clean/tidy throughout the 3 days. Excellent overall experience. I wanted a composite door fitted, my back door and six UPVC windows replaced, which included the main windows at the front of the property. When Castle Windows first came, a picture of my house was uploaded onto the tv and various windows and doors were added to help me make a choice, and decide if this was the right company for me. Very useful. I was contacted by the office a week before the installation to confirm the dates and time of arrival. The fitters, Billy and Josh, were first class, timely, polite and efficient. The windows and doors were expertly fitted, as you would expect. I was particularly pleased with how they managed the patching required externally around the windows, something that was left over from when the previous UPVC windows were fitted. It was very neat. They were tidy throughout the installation and cleaned up inside and out once the work was completed. I am happy to have chosen Castle Windows and am confident that the windows and doors have been fitted correctly. I love the new look of my house and have already had nice comments from a few of my neighbours.

Initial contact was good. Arranged a time for a quote, and Carl was on time. Happy with the price quoted, so measurements were taken and a day was arranged for fitting. Fitters were on time and replaced my patio door with no mess left. Really pleased with the new door. Would recommend.

When I chose to proceed with the work, it was easy to agree a convenient installation date. The fitters, Nathan and Alan were punctual, polite, friendly, efficient and respectful of my home. The windows were expertly fitted and it was clear they both take pride in their work. It was a two day job, they were tidy throughout the installation and they cleaned up thoroughly inside and outside before leaving on both days. I am very pleased with the finished windows; they provide functionality and meet building regulations that the old windows didn’t and they look much more uniform and elegant. In short, Castle Windows fitted the windows to a high quality at a competitive price. If I need any further windows/doors fitted, I won’t hesitate in using them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing the same.

The team has an excellent communication system and the engineers paid attention to detail, were very tidy and superb. They also repaired older window mechanisms that were installed by other companies as well as rectified minor glitches that appeared willingly and promptly. Superb company and really do above and beyond. Anywhere they can help, they do. Really pleased with the improvements made. So delighted with workmanship and the products.

Very pleased with the service ,and price. Very professional from start to finish. Carl came and did the estimate , I was very pleased with the price . I was given a date straightaway. The two fitters turned up on the date selected 15 minutes early. They got straght down to work. Both guys where very polite and friendly. The work was completed to a very high standard. All mess was tidied up. I would definitely recommend castle windows , and would be more than happy to use them again.

Very helpful and knowledgeable suggestion for products and fitment. They even tried to re-use existing frames where possible. Computer system provided a view of our house with the windows and doors to see style and colour combinations. Really surprised with the overall price - we expected this to be much higher with the quality of the units selected. Very high quality fitting of the windows and doors. All fitting and sealing perfectly done. Very impressed with the quality of the windows and doors themselves. Very highly recommended and we will definitely use Castle Windows again
