Really pleased with our new windows installed. Installation lads (Josh & Billy) were really good, professional and left everywhere very tidy. Chose Castle Windows as have used previously and knew we’d get a good job done.

Carl came to measure up and talk through the options. He showed me a mock up of how the windows would look on my house, which was really helpful. There was additional discount, as a returning customer (I had a conservatory previously) which was much appreciated. We agreed the contract & fitting date. On the fitting days the 2 lads arrived promptly and worked extremely quickly. They were very professional, but friendly. They put a dust sheet down to cover my carpet and cleaned up after themselves. I cannot recommend Castle Windows highly enough. The experience was superb from the start.

We have used Castle Windows on numerous occasions and had no hesitation when we needed new doors onto our balcony. As always, everything was professional from the initial measuring and pricing up to the fitting and cleaning up at the end of the job. Josh and Billy were on time promptly completed the work quickly and efficiently. They both polite and helpful. The job was completed and all items were cleaned and tidy. They took away old doors and all debris. Could not have hoped for a better installation.

From the first visit, they were thorough, explained all the options clearly, and provided a detailed quote with no surprises. The installation was done to a very high standard — careful, clean, and precise. You can tell they take real pride in their work. Everything was properly sealed, aligned, and finished neatly, and they left the place spotless. They also took the time to test everything and show me how it all works before leaving. Excellent workmanship all round.

The company have been helpful and professional from the start. They arrived when expected. Work ethic was exemplary. They were tidy and cleared up, you would not know they were there. We had a new composite front door and side glazed panel fitted by Castle Windows and we are so pleased with the result. All work was explained to us at quote stage and we were booked in with a date as soon as we paid a deposit. The 2 lads arrived and cracked on with the work, had to return a couple of days later to do a couple of small things, but we are so pleased with the job, the finish is excellent, and it looks great. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

The installation of double glazing throughout our house was a positive experience. Carl took a lot of time to make sure that he knew exactly what we wanted, and to get the details right. From then, we waited only six weeks before the installation began. The young men who did the work were skilled, professional and meticulous. Our Victorian house presented some problems, but their can-do attitude prevailed and the problems were overcome. They were also warm, friendly, polite and very tidy. We paid a fair and reasonable price for a job well done, and we are extremely pleased with the results.

Surveyor turned up on time understood what I wanted done . Covered the limitations of the works a real expert. The operatives also came on time were careful arround the house cleared up nicely explained the door and keys great experience
