Great job done by Chris building two sets of cabinets, great value and also finished up in one day.

We had Chris from CB Carpentry back for a second project, and once again, we are absolutely delighted with the results . Hired to lay laminate flooring, the finished look is fantastic & the attention to detail superb - everything is perfectly aligned, edges are neat and the transition strips are seamlessly fitted. The skill & care taken during installation were evident throughout the entire process, demonstrating high quality workmanship. Chris is a pleasure to have working in your home- a professional & reliable skilled carpenter who is friendly and delivers beautiful results.

CB Carpentry did a fantastic job creating our media wall and we're delighted with the end result. Our design was quite complex because of the limited space we had available, but Chris overcame all the different challenges and asks we threw at him and kept us involved in the decision making every step of the way. He even added an extra ‘secret’ drawer! Chris was really friendly and clearly takes great pride in his work . We cannot thank him enough, and of course Kev for the amazing plastering work. Would highly recommend CB Carpentry and we will definitely use again in the future.

Charlie is great, polite, good workmanship and he cares about the end result and respects your property. I've used him for multiple projects from fine finish carpentry to build bespoke cupboards through to large scale carpentry and building work. I wouldn't use anyone else.

We could not be happier with our beautiful kitchen. Charlie was so professional and helped all the way from design to completion. The work was done efficiently and to such a high standard. The house was kept clean throughout the build and we were really impressed. We would definitely use CB carpentry again. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We asked CB Carpentery to build a cupboard and shelving in the dead space beneath the stairs. They were friendly and professional and listened carefully to our requirements before starting. Very pleased with the end result. They took great care to leave the place tidy and clean when finished. I recently had the pleasure of having Charlie round to build me a media wall, from helping me to design it then sourcing the materials and finally building it to a very high spec I couldn't be happier he went above and beyond to make sure everything was as I asked and made sure the area was tidy every night as I have a small child running around. I would highly recommend him to anyone having any sort of work done I've booked him early next year to hang some doors for me.

Charlie did a great job converting our garage into a living room, with kitchenette , for my wife’s parents when they came to live with us. We discussed what we required and he advised the best way to achieve it. The work was undertaken very efficiently and on time and provided a fantastic living area, with a lovely view across the field behind us through the new patio doors and window he put in. Charlie installed the kitchen and put shelves up, also changing all our doors in the house and fitting new handles. He’s also been back since for a few more jobs, always being cheerful and helpful, carrying out the work to very high standards. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.

Flawless service. Pricing was very reasonable and also transparently presented. The work was done promptly and efficiently and to an incredibly high standard. They’re also great guys and go above and beyond to ensure you’re happy with the result (which I promise you will be!). It’s not easy to find good carpenters these days and CB Carpentry really are absolute masters in their field. Just need to now work out what I can find for them to do next! Highly, highly recommended.

Charlie understood the job quickly and constructed exactly what I was hoping for, at a very reasonable price. He was friendly and unobtrusive while doing the work. I am grateful for his help and would approach him again.

We wanted to create a built-in wardrobe in a bedroom by going through the wall and using the space above our staircase. The space was restricted because of a sloping ceiling at the highest point above the stairs. Charlie came up with a great design to maximise the available space and create a fantastic wardrobe with ample shelving and hanging space. Charlie’s communication is excellent from initial quotation through to completion. He kept us informed of progress throughout the project even while we were away on a short break. Charlie is a very knowledgeable, competent carpenter and we would not hesitate to ask him to carry out any further work for us.

Charlie has done a fantastic job of installing some wood slat effect panelling in 3 rooms in our home. We requested for these to be built out to hide cables / sockets etc and Charlie put a great plan together for doing this with quality and solid materials which look great. Charlie was also receptive of our needs around cost and worked with us to provide cost effective solutions whilst still keeping the end result. Charlie has also done a great job of installing a dado rail and beading throughout our hallways and staircase. We have a U shaped staircase which is tricky in terms of dimensions, heights etc and Charlie meticulously planned this out to ensure everything fitted and looked great. Charlie was great to work with and we won't be hesitating to use him or recommend him for future work.
