He helped clarify any questions we had and was very knowledgeable and professional. We were impressed by how efficiently the job was done, it was completed on time even despite some unforeseeable extra work. The job was completed to a very high standard and we are very happy with our new bathroom. Mitchell came recommended to us and we would highly recommend him."

Before you hire a plumber
Agree the call-out fee, the hourly or fixed rate, and whether parts are charged on top — in writing — before an emergency plumber starts. Out-of-hours overcharging and 'while I'm here' add-ons are common complaints.
