My shower was shorting out the fuse box and these guys came out within 2 hours of me texting them and fitted a whole new shower and diagnosed the problem within 2 hours which was amazing, and the price was half that which I have been quoted by another company. The guy was very friendly and happy to explain to me exactly what had happened, and was helpful enough to forward me on some details regarding further work that needed doing. I will be recommending this company to other people and will probably be using them to get my downstairs bathroom fitted. Thank you so much again, I now no longer have a smelly teenager!

After we received no response from two other plumbing companies, Chris got back to us quickly and he was reasonable in working around us and when we were available for him to come out. Chris was honest with us, got the job done quickly and efficiently. He arrived when he said he would. Really happy with our new shower unit that Chris fitted for us. Would recommend and will contact Chris again if we require any plumbing jobs in the future. Thank you!

Chris did a great job he came out on the Friday and then I had a separate issue on the Monday and he came out promptly and sorted it for me in a timely manner, definitely recommend

Chris rang / messaged before he came on both days to check I'd be in. He was punc tual, polite and very personable. He explained everything he was doing (servicing boiler and fitting wireless thermostat) and the cost involved. Chris project managed our bathroom from planning to completion turning a tired old bathroom to a stunning bathroom to be proud of. Massive thanks to his team of tradesmen who were all superb. Really appreciate all their hard work and expertise. Communication and reliability was great throughout the project. Really appreciated how they left our home as clean as they could at the end of each day meaning it felt stress free. Chris certainly is a pro!!!… I could not be happier with the result! (See before/after pics). After reaching out to around 10 different companies on trustatrader & only hearing back from 3, Chris was the obvious standout choice. He swiftly contacted me & showed up the same day to conduct a survey. He provided an estimated cost which sounded reasonable (especially after an outrageous installation quote from B&…(you guessed it). I later received an invoice which was on par with what he had estimated initially. We agreed a date & luckily I didn’t have to wait too long. Chris did the bulk of the work, with the exception of plastering, tiling & flooring - a BIG thanks also to Luke, Brendan & Andy! Chris was great with communication throughout. Punctual. Quick & most importantly…a perfectionist! The job took around two weeks in total. I will definitely be recommending & using Chris again for future work! Thanks again Chris!

Chris came to my home to diagnose what was going on with my 15 year old boiler. He was honest in advising me on the expense of parts to repair etc and I decided to have a new boiler. Chris fitted me in ASAP due to the state of the boiler and he did a great job. Really polite, friendly, and efficient. He also arrived on time, kept in contact beforehand and very good value for money. I now have a new modern boiler. Chris also offers an annual service at also a decent price, and a warranty with the boiler. I will definitely call Chris again if I have any more repairs and will recommend him to others. Chris did an excellent job. He has a good eye for detail, a creative ingenuity and came across as honest and utterly trustworthy. We as a family were really pleased with the outcome of our new bathroom and would like him to do additional work on our property. That speaks volumes.

Our boiler broke down on Thursday evening. We called Chris he said he could turn up the next morning! Chris turned up and fixed our boiler. His work & Knowledge is great he had it repaired within 30 minutes. Excellent work & very reasonably priced. Thank you would highly recommend. *****
