What a joy it has been to work with Ceiba. My project started in August 2022 when the cost and time scale was outlined. 11 panels and a Tesla battery. the final installation included a Zappi, Eddi and I opted for the panels to be integrated into the roof. all costs quoted were firm and there was no change to the costs. Although the installation wasn't scheduled until February 2023 we had to run all the internal wires in December 2022 prior to roof insulation. There was absolutely no issue with Ceiba working to our programme and on 8th December a 2 man team arrived on site. my first impression of the 2 engineers was very good. friendly, efficient, professional and thorough. Nothing was a problem. In February the roofers and engineers started and over a period of 3 days the panels were installed and connected up. All 4 men working well together. It was a joy to have them around the house. In April the system was commissioned over 2 days. This date was determined by me as I had to wait for the house internet installation. The 2 installation engineers were professional and once again nice to have around the house. I would like to single out Chris, who led the roof team and on the installation and commissioning team Casper, Andy, Simon and Mark. All very professional, thorough and efficient men. It was a pleasure to have them on site. finally, I have not forgotten about the office. a big thanks to Romina, Farisa and Gemma, who managed the project excellently.

From design to handover, the Ceiba team are a pleasure to work with. As we were having a house renovation done it meant lots of other contractors on site and work going on. The Ceiba team was really flexible and accommodating with any onsite meetings needed, installation days and working around any delay to them caused by our house renovation. I can't recommend the team highly enough, especially Duncan, Kasper, Romina, Gemma & Farisa.

The experience with Ceiba Renewables was simple, clear and an absolute pleasure from start to finish. They supply the best of quality in products and match this every inch of the way in the service. Everything is explained clearly, they carry out a thorough survey (undertaken by the MD) and importantly listen to and deliver to the customer requirements. The team on site installing the system were fantastic. Take time to plan out the job, treat the property as if it were their own, i.e. workmanship of the highest order and site always left clean and tidy. Importantly they are very careful in suncontractors they work with, ensuring they are equal in standards, application and quality of service they provide. The only frustration there are very few companies out there now with the same values and principles in their approach. When you find them you appreciate the level of trust and confidence in the job they are doing. We are delighted for all these reasons to have worked with Ceiba and could not recommend them highly enough to others.

All round excellent experience. Great communication, explained how everything worked and super helpful when I managed to break it! Our solar panels, battery, car chargers, and water heater work seamlessly. Work completed to quotation price and all paperwork supplied for our home energy loan.

We used Ceiba Renewables to design and install our solar panels, Tesla battery and car charger. We received first class service every step of the way, from design and right through the installation and commissioning process. All the staff are knowledgeable, helpful, thoughtful and very competent. The installation process was very professional and thorough and the on-site personnel took great care to ensure they put all equipment exactly where we wanted it. They were also very clean and tidy. They sell the very best quality equipment available and the prices reflect this, but we hold the view that quality is always worth paying for. We would whole-heartedly recommend Ceiba to friends, family, or anyone reading this review.

Ceiba Renewables have just completed the installation of 14 Sunpower Max6 Solar Panels with Enphase and a Zappi EV Charger. Ceiba Renewables is an excellent company to deal with. Duncan carried out the survey, and it was clear from the outset that he is knowledgeable and passionate about his work. The information and communication has been excellent with special mention of Romina and Gemma. Chris and his team of roofers started the installation and this was then completed by Mark the electrician assisted by Andrew. All members of the team worked diligently, efficiently and left no mess behind. Again the communication was excellent from the installation team. All were very polite, friendly and helpful. I am delighted with the outcome and would be happy to recommend this company.

I have used Ceiba renewables twice. They fit 13 solar panels November 2021 and they have just installed a Tesla power wall. On both occasions they proved to be brilliant. The before sales and most importantly for me after sales is excellent. After new technology is fitted I always take a while to adjust. Ceiba renewables are there checking everything is working and helping you navigate the app. They arrive on time, are the cleanest workmen I have ever come across, everyone is polite and helpful including the people onsite and the off site office team. They are highly recommended. After fitting my solar panels I would never have gone with another company. They only fit good products and know how to do it.

Ceiba Renewables have recently installed solar panels and powerwalls for me. They have been brilliant to deal with from the first contact to completion and beyond. They took time to understand my requirements and to explain their recommendations. The installation process was brilliantly efficient and the team were pleasant to deal with and left no mess at all. The installed system is working brilliantly and I am delighted with it as I am with the very patient post installation support and explanation the team at Ceiba have and continue to give to me.

Ceiba just completed the installation of our 10 solar PV panels and the Tesla Powerwall and Gateway. The whole experience from the outset was thoroughly professional , from the initial enquiry until the completion of the installation. We initially chose to contact them because they were recommended by Which, and they lived up to the high standard we were led to expect. There were some issues at our end about scheduling the installation, but Ceiba were very accommodating. All the guys who did the installation were very helpful and knowledgeable, including Chris the roofer and Simon and Douglas who installed and commissioned the Powerwall and Gateway, and who were very keen to explain the installation and operation of the system, and the setting up of the app. Romina and Gemma have both also been very helpful in sorting out the installation dates, payment arrangements etc. The cost of the system may have been a but higher than you could find elsewhere, but I believe that Ceiba have given us a high quality product and great service representing very good value. Overall, we are very pleased with the whole experience, and would certainly recommend - in fact have already done so.

The Ceiba team installed my Tesla Powerwall having installed solar panels in February 2022 and as ever the service was excellent. The preparation from the office team in advance was detailed and very clear. The onsite team were friendly, polite and very tidy. Simon also sorted out some issues on my consumer board, a result of a rogue electrician not doing his job properly (which he also did the first time he visited!). The advice on setup was excellent as always and I would highly recommend the Ceiba team for high quality, technically excellent service.

This is the second installation that Ceiba has undertaken for us. They added a second Tesla Powerwall to our Solar/battery setup. We were impressed with the first installation and more than happy with the service this time. Communication and after sales service is excellent and the both installations went ahead as planned on the dates promised. Highly recommended.

Ceiba installed 30 solar panels, two Tesla Powerwalls, and a Zappi charger together with all the ancillary equipment, for us at a remote location in Argyll. Notwithstanding some pretty challenging weather, travel and site conditions, everything was done in a thoroughly professional and tidy manner. The team were well prepared and went the extra mile to ensure the job was completed on time and within budget. Communications with Ceiba have been prompt and helpful both pre- and post- install.

Ceiba have just completed the installation of an additional 8 PV panels at my home following previous installs of PV panels and a Tesla Powerwall. This is a great company to deal with. Absolute client/customer focus. They supplied a quality product and provided an excellent design, install and aftercare service. All members of the Ceiba team involved with my projects have been knowledgeable, professional and polite. I can highly recommend this company.

Ceiba Renewables were very professional to deal with from enquiry right through to install. They arrived when they said they would and completed the install in the time stated - even although it was one of the coldest weeks of the year! They installed 15 panels, a Tesla Powerwall, an EDDI and a ZAPPI. The panels look great and the Powerwall install and associated solar hardware was installed very neatly. They made sure everything was working as it should before they left - there was some difficulty getting the ZAPPI to talk to the HARVI, turned out it was too far away so they had to switch to using the EDDI as the master unit - everything then worked as it should. Very impressed with the company and their employees. They are not the cheapest but use the best hardware and do a very neat install. I believe they are worth the extra.

Some years ago I moved into a house with an existing solar array and recently chose to add a battery to the setup. After looking around and making a lot of enquiries I found Ceiba, and I'm so glad I did. From the time of my first enquiry to the weeks following the installation of my Tesla Powerwall Ceiba have been nothing but excellent. The office team are often the unsung heroes of a good service company and that's very much the case with Ceiba. Add to this the expertise, courtesy and efficiency of the engineering team and it makes for an outstanding company. Ceiba had a number of online information / Q&A sessions which were really helpful, and I also had two video calls with their team prior to the install. I'm in Fort William so that made like easier all round. The install itself proved to be more tricky than first thought because of the difficulty of finding a suitable place for the earth-rod, but they persevered and found a spot, though it meant more work for them and a lot of digging up of the garden. It's to their great credit that they filled and covered the required channel such that there's no evidence of it at all. All in all, it was one of the best experiences with a trade that I've ever had. I've had two follow ups from them as well, which was much appreciated. If you have any doubts about Ceiba - just go ahead and book them in!

We had a 10-panel solar array + battery installed and had a great experience with Ceiba. They were thorough, knowledgable and fast. We also chose them as the panels they use are more efficient and ethically sourced than other companies we looked into.

Ceiba planned, installed and commissioned solar PV and battery storage for us. The planning, survey and information were carried out meticulously. I then received a planned schedule for three days complete the work. This was all carried out exactly as planned. The staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. All my questions were answered quickly and honestly. Simon, Mark, and the roofing boys worked well, with attention to detail and minimal disruption. In addition, the site was tidied up every day. There were no issues and Simon helped me set up the system, showing me operation of the software and app. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Very professional approach from first enquiry to project close out. Kept informed at every stage of the job. No surprises. Installation of a Powerwall/gateway unit into a three-phase system already with 11kW solar PV array went smoothly in the two day time frame quoted. Top quality installation in terms of neatness and materials used. Commissioning glitch solved in a timely manner by remoted access. All diagrams and manuals received at project close out. Refreshing to work with this standard of customer service.

We live on an island and apart from a few problems with ferry travel for solar panel installation last August, we found them to be; professional, punctual, very knowledgeable and helpful. All credit to their teams.

I cannot rate Ceiba highly enough. From the very first contact to completion… just the very best people to be dealing with! ( oooh and just as an aside , every home should have a Tesla battery installed by bills have reduced by about 80% …. Might be a lot different in winter though ?) Anyway Ceiba are highly recommend!
