Celsius Plumbing and Heating

This company has restored my faith in using tradesmen. I moved into a flat which needed a lot doing to it and from start to finish the team were fantastic. The office staff are lovely to deal with and the workers on site were professional, courteous and tidy. When they finished I could hardly notice they had been. I had a new boiler system installed and will happily recommend Celsius to friends and family.

Awful, awful customer service. Celsius' initial quote was comprehensive and re-assuring. That was however the best part of the experience. The job was a new boiler and full re-plumb of a flat. Initially we agreed to complete the job in five days. At one point the engineer offered to either hang the radiators as scheduled or come back at a later date. They failed to mention that Celsius would seek to charge us twice for this work! When they came back to complete the works, the condition the flat was left in was utterly unacceptable and rather than focusing their efforts on resolving the situation, they sought to blame others. The communication with the office was amongst the worse I have ever experienced and when I copied in the Managing Director, he refused to take ownership and abrogated responsibility for the situation at every opportunity. Poor customer service and a needlessly difficult experience.

Out of this world service. Where is the option for 6 stars? I called my letting agent Arden Properties at 09:00 one morning with an urgent plumbing issue and the owner of Celsius: Michael attended within around an hour of being given the job. Every aspect of the repair carried out, the tidying up afterwards and the communication with Joyce in the office has been flawless. I was kept informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company. However, prepare yourself for the shock of dealing with faultless professionals. With sincere thanks from the tenant Earlston Place. There wasn't the option not to rate value for money, but as a very experienced letting agent instructed them I am guessing that aspect of the service is fantastic too!

Rubbish service, incompetent staff. They never showed up for the appointment that was set up. I waisted a day of holiday because of them. Than took the payment twice. Very inconvenient. The guy that came in talk about what else I "really need" to have installed. Starting from a new boiler, to draft installations and a power flush. Everything was done within the last few years. Its very unprofessional to try to talk a customer into services he/she does not need.

Michael came to repair my ancient boiler a month or so ago, and I was very impressed by his easy-going manner, professionalism and obvious knowledge and expertise in his trade. I would definitely recommend Michael and his team.

Just had a wee one and the old boiler made a real racket - heard about Celsius through a friend Mike came in short notice and did ecceptional work at a great/fair price. He also worked around the wee one sleeping. I'm not generally a rewiew poster but they did me proud.

Celsius have recently installed a new Combi Boiler boiler for me. The job involved the removal of hot & cold water tanks, and installing the boiler in a different location to the old one. Celsius gave me the best quote from 5 different companies, kept in touch throughout the whole process and even worked over the weekend at no additional cost to ensure the job was completed on time. All in all, a great service. Can't recommend highly enough.

First came into contact with Michael when we called him out for an emergency and any time we need a plumber we use him. Have recommenced to both family and friends. Thanks.
