I have been using Christopher Plumbing for a number of years. I have always found them to be excellent.

I've used Christopher Plumbing Services many times over the years and they never disappoint. Martyn came out on 9th April to drain and flush my central heating system, swap out a radiator, and fix a leak — all done to a really high standard. He was friendly, helpful, and left everything tidy. Excellent value for money too. If you're looking for a reliable, quality plumber you can trust, look no further. Highly recommended!

We needed a replacement towel rail as our existing one was corroded. We were keen to get a stainless steel replacement for its corrosion resistance. Christopher Plumbing helped us select the replacement rail and advised on the benefits and issues of sizing and mounting. The rail was booked in to be fitted very soon after and fitted to schedule to the normal very high standard we have become used to. Christopher Plumbing Services is a very high quality, utterly dependable plumber and it is unlikely we would go elsewhere for our plumbing jobs.

Middle of December with no heat or hotwater, Chris fitted me in within a few days when everyone was quoting weeks, he even offered to come sooner when a space became available. His engineer identified the issue quickly, put a temporary solution in place, ordered the part and fitted it the next day. Very professional service. I had them back in January to service my boiler and gas fire. Same high quality service.

We had a new outside tap fitted, Christopher Plumbing were on time and carried out the work promptly. As always when you ring the phone is always answered.

Christopher Plumbing Services is a very professional, reliable and honest company to use. I have used them on several occasions and I have always found their service to be of the highest level. They always answer the phone, deal professionally with the enquiry and turn up when they say they will. All in all, a top notch company, who I will always use. If you have a plumbing job to look at, you won’t go far wrong with going to this company. For me, it is five stars the whole way.

This is the 3rd time I’ve used Christopher plumbing services in only a few months. The reason i keep going back is I feel I am being looked after and not being ripped off and they are always quick to respond to my needs! 100% would recommend them!

I have used Christopher Plumbing Services Ltd in the past with no issues. However, after attending to a drop in water pressure someone came out and suggested it was a valve problem? (From the off I did say that I had a water softener). So, I had the valve replaced. But still no improvement. Then another plumber from Christopher Plumbing Services Ltd returned and replaced another valve. Still no improvement?! Only when they by-passed the water softener did the pressure return to normal! So, I had two valves replaced apparently for no reason?! Then to top it off I noticed a leak from the pipework where Christopher Plumbing Services Ltd had replaced the valve, plus water coming out of the pressure release valve dripping outside. So, I called in another plumbing company, who immediately said that previous work had caused the leak and our pressurised system had not been recharged correctly, so causing the pressure release valve to drip! Also, that the water softener should have been the first thing to be checked with water pressure issues! So, after paying out £492.11 to Christopher Plumbing Services Ltd, then another £436.51 to fix the leak and recharging the system caused by Christopher Plumbing Services Ltd I was a bit miffed!!!! After contacting Christopher Plumbing Services Ltd and even forwarding the report from the other plumber, Christopher Plumbing Services Ltd denied any wrongdoing! Then to top it off, they just ignore my emails. So now I am looking into advice from a third party!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Christopher Plumbing. We have used this company for over 8 years, generally for boiler servicing and repairs. On each occasion their service has been excellent. They are very quick to respond to initial enquiries and keep you informed every step of the way.

I would have no hesitation in using Christopher Plumbing Services again. I highly recommend. I cannot get over how fast and professionally they responded. What I particularly like is you get clear and upfront communication about the work and costs, you feel like you are the most important customer. But MOST IMPORTANTLY the plumber who attended was, BRILLIANT, no faffing around, straight on with the job. Replaced pressure valve and fitted external pressure vessel. Price was fair.

The person who came to my house was punctual and a clean worker. Everything was explained to me very well.

Excellent service. I had the heat exchanger on my boiler replaced due to low water temperature/pressure. The work was done promptly and well, and was less than the estimate quoted. I had been thinking about having a power shower fitted but there is absolutely no need - The hot water is now so powerful and hot that I have to remember to go easy with the taps!

Radiator replaced for larger and newer model. Old bath and basin taps replaced and boiler service. As ever with CPS totally professional in every way. Have recommended to all friends and family.
