I would definitely recommend city wise and roofing Ltd as their work was very high standard completed and exact time that Cris said it would be when the scaffolding came down the place was left clean in fact cleaner then one he arrived first overall I will give him a score 10 out of 10 would recommend 100%

I hired City Wise to fit solar panels. Initially spoke to them, the trader is a nice guy, clearly knew his stuff and showed us photos of other solar panels they;d fitted. They came, did the install - the price was higher than expected at £5k but I assumed that was the going rate and went with it, not realising most panel installations (just installing panels nothing else) were around £2.5k according to lots of people in solar groups. I would of been fine with it - but the quality of the work was not to the standard promised. Within a few days after they left I found rubbish under the panels that had dropped down and got stuck behind meshing. They'd used chicken wire for meshing and screwed it into the panels invalidating the warranty on all 16 panels. The panels were not fitted properly, one came lose from the roof and slid down, another roofer found churns torx etc.

We have used Citywise Roofing Ltd on three occasions now twice and are two properties and on my fathers property in Newport Pagnell If I could give them 10 stars I would, but unfortunately we’re only allowed to give 5 I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good qualified roofer. These are your guys

I have recently had some work done by Citywise roofing , I am extremely happy with the work provided , the team were extremely helpful and very polite, when the work was Finnish they took all the mess with them , I couldn’t recommend them more

Our roof began to leak in December 2022 and we needed repairs carrying out at short notice. The work entailed removing and replacing the ridge tiles and removing and replacing a large section of roof tiles in order to install new roofing felt. The The team appear to have done a good job. They arrived on the agreed date and the job took as long as had been suggested. Every effort was made to leave the front of our house clean and tidy which was appreciated. When the scaffolding was erected it became clear that extra work was required. The options were laid out clearly to us with costings and we were allowed to decide which option we wanted to take without undue pressure to choose any specific option. When the work was finished we were called to make sure that we were happy with it and we were provided with a 10 year guarantee. I hope we never need roof repairs again, but if we do, I will definitely call on Chris and Citywise Roofing.

I believe I was over charged. I was quoted, and charged, for three people to carry out the work but only two were required. However, the work itself was completed to a good standard.

New extension roof replaced old one was leaking we went with Citywise roofing ltd because they are a well-known roofing company in Milton Keynes, and was highly recommended by a friend they are very friendly, a great team of roofers as you can see by the image, how neat and tidy they are without any hesitation we would highly recommend. Who discovered a leak in our bedroom ceiling we had a couple of roofers come around and provide us with a quotation on what needed to be done to be honest they didn’t provide us with much information however, Chris from Citywise Roofing Ltd came along. We invited him into our property and showed him the ceiling in the bedroom. Then he went back out to his van, took the ladder off the roof and went up to the area of the bedroom. External side, he took. photographs of the roofing membrane which was damaged due to wear and tear old age. If you like as it was the original roof, he provided us with a reasonable quote later that evening. After discussing with my other half, we decided to go with Chris because he seen more professional and indeed he was, he told me the job will take no more than three working days start to finish without any question. We would highly recommend to friends and family. We were provided with a 10 year guarantee, I will be using again in the future 10/10⭐️
