Julian has always sorted my maintenance problems. I would trust him with my keys. He always lets me know if he will be a few minutes late.

Chris and his associates carried out the work on a timely and officiant manner and to a very high standard. Completing it well inside my expected time scale. All debris was cleaned and the site was restored to the extent that you wouldn't of known they had been there at all. I would not hesitate to employ them again and highly recommend them.
Would be very happy to recommend Julian James. His work is excellent and he is always polite. He tries really hard to minimise the impact, or to inconvenience of having work done. too.

Before you hire an electrician
In England and Wales, notifiable electrical work (new circuits, a consumer unit, anything in a bathroom or kitchen) must by law be signed off under Part P of the Building Regulations — confirm they will handle that.
Prefer an electrician registered with a government-approved competent-person scheme (NICEIC, NAPIT or ELECSA) so they can self-certify the work meets the wiring regulations.
Insist on the Electrical Installation Certificate (or Minor Works Certificate) when the job is done — it is your proof the work is safe and compliant, and you will need it if you ever sell.
Look for consistent reviews across several named sources, not one polished profile.
Check any verified credentials, and that the business details independently check out.
