C J property services have done many jobs from adjusting, fixing, building to decorating within my home the past couple of years. Adding new plug sockets throughout the home for convenience. Adjusting the kitchen, to accommodate for a fridge freezer that did not originally have room for and tiling walls. Decorating throughout the whole home from painting to wallpapering and laying flooring. Fixing and putting new parts on leaking sinks and toilet. Removing a gas fitted fire/fire place, turning the gas off and fitting and installing a new modern fire/fireplace. Fixing TV brackets on walls and putting the TV's up. Building flat pack furniture - wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedroom furniture. No task is too small and it is always finished to a high standard. In every aspect they go above and beyond to completing a task. Highly recommend their services. Genuine and professional customer service throughout.

Trader started work on our property in October 2021. It was clear that he underestimated the time it would take to do the job and I feel the mistakes made were due to to rushing it. There were a few things on a snagging list which he agreed to rectify. These are: Missing chunks of grout and grout still running months after completion. Damage to tiles Missing trim to the garage conversion Curtain rail that he fitted coming off the wall Damage to our kitchen ceiling from bursting a pipe not rectified properly We have tried to contact him numerous times to arrange him to come back and rectify poor work but he ignores all communication. He claims the damage to the grout is due to cleaning products we have used. No household cleaning product will remove chunks of grout. He claims the only way to rectify will be to remove and relay - at a cost.

Colin was so helpful with all aspects of my kitchen renovation. Nothing was to much trouble and the work was finished to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend

Colin came and fitted me a new kitchen as mine was well overdue a change. He helped with the disigns secured us a discount with the suppliers. He stayed well within my budget and kept me up to date through it all. Colin was very polite and tidy i was so impressed ive now booked him in to do my bathroom

I had Cj come to my home early March time for a complete kitchen refit, he was on time he was friendly and told me a time he would be done which was bang on! My kitchen has never looked better and I cannot believe the price, so much more reasonable than the other quotes I got from other businesses. I cannot recommend this company enough! I will be using Cj’s property services again in the near future for my bathroom!

Colin came and quoted a short while back and mentioned he did not have the availability to start it straight but after so many positive reviews we were happy to wait (we've waited this long for our dream kitchen, a little while longer wasn't an issue) from start to finish Colin was exceptional, his manner, his ideas/knowledge, his time keeping but most of all he made our visual come to life. We are over the moon with our new deluxe kitchen! We made some changes along the way which Colin best advised on. Can not recommend CJ property services more. We will be using them from now on! It was great having Colin doing the bathroom refit. What I found really helpful from the start was that he would tell me what I really NEEDED to know about any ideas I had, explain if he thought they were practical or not, and be honest with me if he thought they would leave me with problems in the future. An old house often comes with extra 'surprises', but he coped with them each time to provide me with solutions to the best possible standard. Everything was discussed with me and explained as the job went along. He was true to his quote with only necessary extra materials that had to be bought added on. He always updated me about this as he went along so I was clear on what to expect. It also meant I could still keep within budget. He was punctual, thorough, professional and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending the company, and will be calling him for a quote on the next job I have in mind.

Colin carried out a full refurbishment on my bathroom, from start to finish he was perfect. On time cleaned up every day and there was no issues, was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure i was happy. I will definitely be using him again.

Extremely pleased with the work - internal (utility refurbishment) and external (retaining wall repair and repoint). Insulation in loft between joists. The loft was turned into a room and Colin helped me out alot with his expert advice.

I hired CJ Property Services to install a new kitchen. I saved up every penny to get a brand new kitchen fitted, chose my dream kitchen and after researching I found CJ Properties. I waited to book believing this to be a positive sign. Good builder, then a longer wait, right? However, how wrong was I! From day one, there were issues. His bad attitude, his inflexible approach to the project caused a lot of stress. Only 80% of the work was done after his 2 week promise. The trader then demanded full payment before completing anymore. He never returned. He texted a month later and claimed illness but was seen working elsewhere! Leaving many tasks unfinished in my kitchen, and still to this day, it remains unfinished due to a lack of funds. I strongly advise against booking this trader as he doesn't know what he is doing. Everything he has done is fitted poorly and half-heartedly it's either wrong, bent or has broken. He is unreliable, takes your money, and then disappears!!!

Colin was extremely professional with all the work that was carried. He communicated effectively and kept me informed of all work completed and plans for completing the remaining work. Finished on time as agreed. Have commissioned him for additional work since completing the original work. Have recommended him to others and will continue to use him.

Colin of CJ property has fitted my kitchen which I am so pleased with. When I asked for advice he was able to offer ideas that I was able to incorporate into the planning of it, so it made the most of a small area and I was able to fit in all the appliances I wanted. He has also fitted a new flooring, skirting boards and doors.

Colin is very thorough and professional in his work. He will spend time discussing your ideas with you so he can give you the best advice. His quotes are always reasonable and he sticks to them. Anyone who has had work done on their property will also know houses can often hold surprises! Colin will always clearly explain options if things don’t quite go to plan so that you can choose what’s best to do. I have recommended him to neighbours who have also been happy with the jobs he has completed for them.
