Had a big leak, working with my insurers for 5 months and they just ended up doing more damage. Called Carl who had done some great work for me previously and he came round the next day, and sorted everything in a couple of days. Fantastic job as always and would highly recommend.

Carl was extremely professional throughout the work. Communication was fantastic, responding quickly and providing everything in a timely manner. Carl was extremely reliable, turning up when he said he would and completing all work in a timely manner. The work was completed to a high standard and I would recommend CL Builders to anyone, I will definitely be using them for any future work going forward!

This is the second job Carl has done for us. It was only a small job boxing in a boiler and adding storage but punctuality, communication and quality of work is all spot on. I highly recommend CL Builders.

We needed joists replaced under the kitchen floor. Carl explained what was required at every step. He turned up when he said he would , and left everything as tidy as possible before he left. Very pleased with the outcome, and very reasonably priced. Would recommend Carl for any building work needed.

Helped us out of a hole. Went out of his way to make sure a leaky roof was fixed on one of the few dry days we have had. Top notch work.

Carl and the team started this back in November and Carl was really supportive and helpful. I think the project would have be easier if we had a plan made before hand for both sides, but Carl got stuck in and got on with the job. I think a good open daily check in kept the project on track. Carl, Jimmy and the tradesmen were amazing when we asked them to put in a downstairs toilet for me 86 year old father. They moved the front door, took down a wall and turned his porch area into a toilet. The work was carried out efficiently a d to a high standard and most of all they had a lot of respect and understanding when working with my father. Carl and his team were great. Called and he came around the same day with the work scheduled a week later. Fixed up some messy work from previous builders within hours and consulted me on every step and decision. Great team of guys who were super friendly and did everything quickly and cleanly.

Carl did a fantastic job with the Lintel. Efficient and very reliable. He booked us in only a few days after giving a quote. Brickwork looks spot on and he spent the time to find the best matching bricks. I would 100% recommend Carl to anybody! Tidy up was great after the job didn't leave a scrap of mess and took the old lintel.

Carl came over, gave me a quote, advised what needed doing and time frames. Everything was done to a high quality and done within the time advised. Costs provided up front with a breakdown of what each area would cost. Carl communicated with me throughout the job and the waste left by the end of the job was removed. Would highly recommend and will happily use their service again for any future need.

Carl was highly recommended to me by a friend and I can see why. Really nice honest man that takes pride in his work and knows his stuff. Well priced and transparent with what is required. He carried out an excellent repair on my roof and came back to do a couple of other jobs in the kitchen and bathroom for me (skirting / door trim / cladding trim etc) and I can’t fault him or his work.
