They were cheerful, professional and reassuring in the lead up to Christmas and worked right up to the last minute to ensure we had our kitchen working for Christmas Day. The work included plumbing, joinery, tiling and being nice to my pets, all of which they did with care. Thank you both. I highly recommend their service."

Never pay a large deposit up front — agree a staged payment schedule tied to completed milestones, and hold a small retention until snagging is done.
