A large area of block paving repaired as quoted at the time booked. However after completion it was obvious that multiple pavers had been left uneven with some standing proud by upto 5mm. People have caught their foot and tripped. After two message and a phone call requesting the drive to be levelled, agreement was made to return. However we are still waiting and four months have passed since the work was finished.

Tree work and anything near a boundary can be regulated — protected trees and conservation areas often need permission, and removing a protected tree can be an offence. Confirm what is allowed, and that they carry public-liability insurance, before work starts.
