"I was in need of a stairgate to keep my dog safe but my job had been declined by a number of other joiners, perhaps too niche or too tricky a job as it was an awkward space so needed to be completely bespoke. Louis came to the rescue, listened carefully to exactly what I needed and created/fitted the perfect solution. It ended up better than I’d imagined and is now a nice feature which also keeps my dog safe rather than an awkward or inconvenient bit of furniture which stairgates often are.
