Every stage of the contract from original estimate through to final completion was carried out in a professional and friendly manner. The work carried out by the installation team was excellent, very little disruption, neat and tidy throughout, no mess. I have no hesitation in recommending Combat Windows & Doors.”

A Professional Job Completed on Time and Within Budget
We had two replacement double glazed bay windows, a front porch with side panels , replacement double glazed back patio doors and replacement conservatory upper opening windows. Dave arrived on the first visit professionally dressed and gave useful suggestions once we had explained what we wanted. He listened to our requests and gave us good ideas to choose from. The fitters arrived exactly as planned and were considerate, friendly and very professional. They expertly fitted our new double glazing with a minimum of inconvenience to us and all snagging has been made good to an excellent standard. Our bungalow is now quieter and warmer. We highly recommend Dave and his team at Combat [ including very helpful office staff. Well done.

Superb job installing new doors
Dave and his team completed a superb job installing two brand new doors - one for the back, and one for the front of the house. They offered helpful guidance and reassurance over potential choice and type of door to replace our 30-yr old doors, and were unfailingly polite, on point and punctual - and also explained how the ordering process worked. The installation work on both new doors was then done in a thoroughly professional manner, and the floor / door areas left exceptionally clean and tidy afterwards. Both doors look fantastic - and would highly recommend!

Good service
Mother needed her old wooden porch replaced. It is 4 panels each about 8 feet by 4 feet. Two of them are part of the house structure; one is part glazed with letterbox, one has the porch door in it, one has a composite front door in it and the fourth is a fully glazed panel. We got a recommendation from a friend down the road who had used Combat windows. We had our first quote in August 2023 but for a variety of reasons didn't go ahead until February 2024. Dave Willis helpfully provided answers to all of our questions. He is clearly well experienced and knowledgeable in this kind of work. We asked on 4th January for the work to start and were told about 4 to 5 weeks. Work started on 5th February and finished on 9th. The work was carried out calmly and with care by the two fitters, the area kept clean and tidy and secured overnight. I have no hesitation in recommending Combat Windows to anybody needing this kind of work carried out.

New Front Door
I needed a new front door and Combat Windows came highly recommended. They did not disappoint. From start to finish they were professional, punctual, relatable, helpful and considerate. The work was carried out on the day and at the time agreed, the fitter was friendly and considerate, completing the work quietly, efficiently and leaving no mess. I am very pleased with my new front door and would use them again.

Good work
Courteous and timely from start to finish. First visit to quote, second to measure the aperture for a new front door. Timely removal of old door and installing new door. All work completed neatly and to my satisfaction. Area left clear of rubbish. Workman polite and helpful.

great company
Combat Windows & Doors were a pleasure to deal with throughout. Dave arrived on time and in due course provided a good quotation, Laura in the office coordinated the installation date efficiently and pleasantly, Kevin came and installed the windows with a minimum of fuss and was friendly and very easy to deal with. The product is excellent and I would wholeheartedly recommend the company.

New Patio Door
I used Combat windows a number of years ago to install new windows and a front door, all of which has weathered extremely well, so I went back to them when I needed the patio door replaced. All appointments were kept to time and the work was carried out within the estimated timeframe I was given. The installation crew were jovial, with great attention to detail, even going back over work they had completed to ensure everything was exactly right. I am very pleased with the result.

Great replacement window and doors service.
Combat were first class in every way. Reasonably priced, totally professional, clean, polite, timely and efficient. They replaced two upstairs bedroom windows in under a day. The product is of the highest quality and very ecological, plus attractive to look at. Installed when promised, on time and in budget.

Large front windows.
Dave and his team installed our windows at the back of the house ten years ago, and they still look as good as new. So it was with confidence that we entrusted them with the our front of the house large bay windows. They did a great job very professionally, and the quality of the finished product is impressive.

Excellent Work
I have used Combat Windows for all my Doors and Windows since 2000, and have recently had major renovations where they competed various jobs for me. I have a very good relationship with them and the same fitter has looked after me for over twenty years. I have never found any fault with their work and they always go the extra mile to achieve a beautiful finish for me.

Reliable and great work!
We had two windows damaged due to, what we assume were pellet guns. I found Combat Windows on line and called. Had a call back within 30 minutes. Dave was quick to respond, had someone site the next day and his quotes were straight forward, clear and the cost didn't break the bank. I would definitely use their services again should it ever be required!

Job done but unsatisfied with the finish
Replacement double glazed glass fitted quickly in both doors - the fitter appeared eager to get job done. Once fitted noticed several scratch marks on door and PVC door frame - appears fitter has used force to remove PVC beading in order to remove glass. Left around 6-8 nasty scratches on my frame. Noticed after fitter left. Yes - noticeable. Upon discussing this - I am told by the owner (of COMBAT WINDOWS) that the fitter was very good and experienced in this field of work. Which I question why did he not take more care? Plus this is normal and any fitter would need to use this level of force... bizarre! Now I have new glass and scratched door frame. Which according to COMBAT WINDOWS - is entirely normal. Something that you should expect. Upon payment - no logical explanation given.

Supply & fitting patio doors & windows and 3 other windows
We were very satisfied with the quality of the product and the work carried out by Combat. A small problem with an incorrect supply of glass (by the manufacturer) was quickly resolved with no fuss within a few days to our satisfaction.

Two old iron framed windows replaced with excellent quality windows. Friendly local company. They returned to remove a small blemish. I plan to get them to replace two other windows. Strongly recommended.
