Jim provided a reasonable quote, which he said was fixed, and was on site shortly afterwards. His team arrived punctually, were very polite, and seem to have done a very nice job. Also cleaned up behind them, and the scaffolding was removed on the same day, I appreciated the honest and straightforward dealings with Jim, having been burned by a rip-off merchant just beforehand."
