Contacted October 2022 (10 months ago) and since then waiting for them to get planning approval to trim a tree. Every time I phone up to ask for an update they can’t answer me and say they will call me back! Complete incompetence in the Reigate Office.
This bunch came out to see our tree on the 30th September. Promised quote the following day. Chased and spoken to them three times. Now, three weeks later, still no quote. Don't waste your time.
