Lee, Director of Installations of CWD handpicked me a great team of workers for my new conservatory. Jim & Jordan who did an amazing job of the brickwork, Jeff who did the electrics and put in extra plugs was ace, Tyrone and his son who installed the windows, doors and roof were brilliant, Steve and Dave who diverted the piping outside the bathroom to get the roof on did a sterling job, and finally Kevin the plasterer who did a magnificent job. This install has been plain sailing. The salesman dealt with our request quickly with no hard sell. No hidden costs or surprises. The surveyor thorough and ensured to check everything was correct before he left. Lee in installations who advised us of our delivery and install dates. We were able to book both to suit us. The delivery arrived on time and date and on the morning of the install we received a text from the fitters notifying us what time they would arrive. Jack and Mitchell were great, polite and pleasant, respectful of our property and contents. We were very impressed with the fast, clean and tidy way the fitters worked and the first class job they did. We had zero cleaning up to do when they left and we also had no touching up to do to any plaster or paintwork. We bought two external doors and are very pleased with the quality and fit, they have vastly improved both the security and aesthetics of our house. C&W direct have been first class from start to finish.
