He's completed a great job, communicating with me at all stages, overcoming issues with the removal of the old bath and working around my home situation to ensure as little disruption to me and family as possible. Once he'd completed the job I had a couple of questions which he took the time to come back to my home and go through things with me, ensuring I was happy"
