It is so rare to come across a company which is so absolutely professional in every way! We were in the unfortunate position of having spray foam insulation in the loft of our bungalow removed, so having used them before, we called DRYFIX. Quote was fully itemised, a time scale for the work was given and incredibly, not a penny was asked for until all work was completed! We now have a fantastic new roof, complimented by new soffits and guttering; also installed by DRYFIX. Anthony and Aaron, along with their two roofers, have been an absolute pleasure to have working at our home for the past week. Our neighbours have been so impressed with the way two roofers worked so hard as a synchronised team! Several say, without doubt, they will call DRYFIX should they require roofing services. This company is top rate professional, true to their word, provides first class workmanship, and are personable and approachable. We are absolutely thrilled with all the work they have done for us!

DRYFIX came to fix a really tricky leak that was coming in to my en-suite via my roof. Anthony immediately knew what the issue was and how to repair it. He and his team are professional, punctual and have great customer service. Anthony and his team at DRYFIX are simply the best roofers out there bar none. DO NOT bother looking at anyone else because these guys are the best out there. Anthony is very knowledgeable and explains every aspect of the work they will carry out. He will give you a price that is fair and appropriate and that will not change. I don’t really leave reviews but I feel compelled to do so for DRYFIX. I have used them a few times in the last few years for my mom and myself. They are trustworthy, hard working and experts in their field. I can’t thank them enough.

I had a damp patch upstairs due to an issue with the chimney stack. Anthony was very quick to respond to my request to come and diagnose the problem and propose a fix. The resulting work which included checking the chimney condition and replacing the felt and battening where the chimney and roof meet was undertaken very promptly by his team. The work was carried out to a very high standard and at the price agreed. What more could a customer ask for! I would recommend Dryfix as a first stop for anyone requiring roof maintenance or repairs.

Anthony and his team have done several jobs for me, including replacing ridge tiles, fitting end caps, replacing guttering, fixing a leak to my conservatory and cleaning blocked downpipes. The team always arrive on time, the work is carried out to the highest standard and the price is extremely competitive. I believe that any roofing work needs to be carried out by experts and Anthony and his team are faultless in every respect.

Came out promptly to investigate fault (leaking roof). Gave full verbal breakdown of work required. Followed up with fully detailed quotation confirming agreed scope of works. Scaffolding assembled on date promised. Work commenced on agreed date. Work completed within agreed timeframe despite the weather. Provided photographs of all stages of the work. Kept informed verbally during all stages of the work. Site cleaned and cleared of debris. Left scaffolding on site in case there was any issue with the work ( there was not). Would recommend without hesitation.

Explains the repairs that will be done simply and clearly and shows the exact areas where the work will be done. Gives reasonable quotes. Carries out the work as agreed in a timely and extremely efficient manner.

Had an issue on Monday with felted / stoned flat roof on extension - water had got into electrics and killed the power to the house. Rang round on the Tuesday and Anthony from Dryfix came round the same day. He assessed the issue, advised what we needed to do (rubber membrane sheet), and got a quote to us on the Tuesday night. Due to the fact he knew we were concerned, he fitted us in as an emergency on the Thursday & Friday. Good to his word the work started on the Thursday … weather awful in the morning but cleared in the afternoon. Anthony and his team cracked on and got the whole job done the same day. These guys did not stop until the job was done. They went above and beyond. sorting a couple of unexpected issues along the way. Special thanks to Anthony and his brother Aaron who kept us in the loop throughout the process. Lovely guys - polite, respectful and hardworking. So … if you have a roofing issue, these guys should be at the top of your list!

I had to arrange a significant roof repair for my dad, who lives 2 hours from me. I found Dryfix on Google and their reviews were great, so I gave them a call and spoke to Anthony. From the word go, Anthony was sympathetic to my predicament, and really took charge of the situation for me. Obviously, he liaised directly with my dad at the house; but as I'd requested, he kept me informed at every single stage, sending me regular updates and photos of progress. Anthony is a rare, old-school tradesman, who gives a fair price, does what he promises to do, calls and messages when he says he will, turns up on time, respects your property and you as a customer, and generally just makes you feel as if everything is going to be OK. He really took the worry out of this for me. As someone who had to rely on honesty due to the fact I couldn't be at the house, I couldn't have found anyone better.
