The two words that sum up C&W Direct - are professionalism & high quality of work! From first contact with Adam Braiden everything was very positive - when we asked questions the reply was always “ can do or will do”! He worked out a price & gave us a quote for A or A+ insulation - we decided to go for A+ the builders Dave & his staff had to work extremely hard to remove existing conservatory footings - took an extra two days in very hot weather for the time of year! Took everything in their stride! The brickwork was completed to a high standard! The installation by Tyrone & Louis? was carried out in three days & was carried out to a very high standard! Tyrone took great care in making sure the finish was over & above what we expected! The job was finished off with the electrical work carried out by Jeff a few days later - everything left very tidy with refitting sills etc! The whole job was managed by Lee Osborne - his timings & costings were a great help to us!
