Tradesman turn up on site when they are due & you are kept well informed about who will be arriving & when & what will be done on the day. I have had an extension built by this company & it was done within the 8 week time frame & met completely with building regs. Recently had deckboards & fence panels replaced & a hot tub cut up & cleared. Very pleased with the all the works that have been completed. The tradesmen always tidy up too. 5 STAR"

The team were always clean and tidy which is a huge plus for me. The team and very friendly and they know their stuff. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future for any other projects."

Everything was planned meticulously and organised well with the works carried out to a high standard. I am so pleased with the finished works. Communication was excellent and work was carried out reliably and to time scale. Sam expertly provided advice ahead of and during the project. I 100% recommend Cooke and Locke and will not hesitate to use them again."
