Vata Construction was a revelation during our 1920s terrace renovation. Recommended by a friend, their approach was refreshingly different. I have used Vata Construction on various home build projects. The last being refurbishing a garage out building. Works done to high standard matching standard previously delivered when they carried out rear extension. Very fair price. Kept their word on all cost related items. Always turned up on time and delivered within original programme completion date. Will always recommend Vata Construction to friends and family who live in South East London.

VATA Construction did a fantastic job renovating our house inclduing knicking down walls a chimney breast and installing Steel beams as well as reconfiguring the upstairs including building a new bathroom with tiling plumbing and electrics. Downstairs invlovled fitting a kitchen. Herkuran worked super hard and got everything done at an impressive speed and where costs where added due to discovering issues (to be expceted) he always discussed it with us to help us stay within our budget. He was also a very helpful guy to have around and help us resolve queires with the build.

Delighted with the finish. No request was any trouble. Clean and tidy and always checked we were happy. Brilliant time keeping and always kept us up-to-date with progress. Hekuran and Elson are a great team. Would definitely recommend.

We would like to thank Hekuran for the excellent job done on the outside of the house after previous builders left it in a really shoddy and dangerous state. He visited almost immediately, gave us a very reasonable quote and was able to start the job straight away. Hekuran and his team turned up when they said they would even on a Sunday, got on with the job, were very polite and tidy and even with extra unforseen work finished the job within the time frame. The quality of work is excellent. Would definitely recommend him and hire him again.

Hekuran is very polite, personable and a complete professional - he arrived exactly on time and provided a fully itemised quote the same evening. He and his team were extremely hard working - starting work early and staying late if necessary. Hekuran kept me informed at all stages and nothing seemed to faze him. I can’t believe the level of craftsmanship that was carried out by Vata Construction Ltd. What an amazing group of people. They have completely transformed my home into another level. They managed to make exactly what I asked for and helped me with many ideas and options which gave me piece of mind. They left the place super tidy and clean after everyday’s shift and we’re very polite and at my door every morning on time. Exactly what you’d want. I cannot express my pleasure in having them complete the works and I will definitely recommend them to everyone. 10/10

Hekuran and his brother have transformed my completely overgrown and unloved garden. They are hardworking, creative and problem solving, taking a pride in their work and the results. Hekuran communicated well with this before and during the entire process and completed work to the estimated time and budget. I am looking forward to working with them again when we do further works to the house later this year and would highly reccommend them.

Hekuran and Elson do excellent work. We hired them for a third time, in this case to lay a new lawn (turf), install a new fence, replace an old patio, and install an outdoor tap. They are very knowledgeable, finish work to a very high standard, and are very polite and reliable (we have previously happily left them doing work while we were on holiday). I would trust them to do any type of work. If you are like me and spend ages scrolling through CheckaTrade not sure which contractor is the right one, just contact Hekuran - I guarantee he'll do a good job.

Vata constructions are reliable and quality work and very reasonably priced. They even fixed a few lose bricks on my door step and driveway without me asking which was above and beyond for the customer.

I can not give enough praise to the new building works carried out by Vata Construction (Hekuran and Elison). Old kitchen, dining room and lean extension knocked down. New rear extension built to create an open plan kitchen diner, separate utility room, new downstairs toilet all with wet underfloor heating. Vata delivered on price, quality and time. Extremely impressed with the quality of floor tiling laid in hallway, engineering wood laid in the kitchen and brick slips fitted on one wall. They take immense pride in their work and as mentioned by others, they are polite, courteous and tidy.

This is the second time we use Vata Constructions. In this occasion Vata and his team replaced all the garden slabs, the job was completed just under 2 weeks, unfortunately the bad weather interfered with it so it took a bit longer than expected (not Vata's fault). We are very pleased with it. He also sorted out the access to the stairs leading to our bedroom in the loft, we didn't like the previous layout. This was completed in an astonishing 2 days. Vata and his team left the first floor of the house spotless, I was really impressed.
