I highly recommend Josh as a plumber. This is the second job he has completed for me, and, once again, it has been done to a very high standard. He is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and reliable.

We we're left high and dry (literally with no working bathroom) by a previous company - they just stopped showing up half way through. Copper Wizard came to help taking on a job half way through (which I know is far from ideal for any trade). They we're amazing, figured out what was left to do and righted many wrongs left by the half complete installation. thanks so much - wish we had you from the start!
Came round at short notice to help with a leak. Very knowledgeable, solved the issue which was caused by previous builders. The mains stop cock wasn’t working either and was able to sort out that issue too without the need for replacing the tap. Polite and friendly. Would recommend every time!

Joshua solved two difficult problems with the minimum cost to us.
We asked Joshua to repair our faulty taps if possible to avoid buying new ones and were very pleased he was able to do so. Very quick and excellent job done - taps now as good as new. Recommend him and will use again ourselves.

Exceptional. I'm not keen on having any workmen round but if it's a plumbing issue I don't worry at all. Copper wizard always fill me with confidence. Joshua on this occasion but he and Marcus are both prompt, polite and really tidy workers. Friendly, professional and really good plumbers. If there is any cost savings to be had they will recommend them. I highly recommend Joshua and Marcus of Copper wizard for all plumbing maintenance and installations.
I had a leak from the immersion element in a Megaflow cylinder, contacted Josh, who advised to isolate the power & he would pop over and check the issue. He came over & kindly sourced the part required for me to order, which was not easy on a 25 year old appliance. As soon as the part arrived he came back, checked the part & access to replace this, then set up the hose to drain the cylinder. He came back as soon as this was drained, carefully removed the old leaking part, cleaned the 25 years worth of limescale out of the cylinder, fitted the new part, reconnected the new immersion heater, refilled the cylinder then tested everything was working. All done very professionally, with the usual advise, easy contact via WhatsApp, helpful and friendly approach. Total charge, 2 hours labour, gratefully paid.
