Problems that came up were communicated clearly and the solutions explained. Given the experience of the team they had dealt with most issues before and recognised older building practices. We had the kitchen and dining room wall knocked down, the entrance and entrance hall extended and the staircase turned around. All work was completed in line with schedule and budget. Excellent job."
