The inspection was very thorough. I can't see how the EICR inspection of three years ago (another contractor) passed as there was so much remedial work to be done in order to received a satisfactory completion report. I had the same engineer for the inspection as for the remedial work. He was punctual, friendly and appeared very conscientious about his work. Great for continuity, I feel, to have the same engineer complete the all the works (about six hours in total). The conversation with the customer service advisor was also a comforting experience. He explained the work that needed to be done in a clear, patient and knowledge manner. I had every confidence that the work would be completed professionally and would not hesitate to recommend them going forward.
