The team were fantastic in fitting our door at a competitive rate, great service from the initial meeting from Peter and throughout with the wider team always at hand and responsive and managed to fit us in for a prompt installation. I can highly recommend Crestshield Windows. They installed six uPVC sash windows and a casement window in my flat in Autumn 2025 and were professional, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. They managed to meet my rather precise timescale request, the windows they supplied are of very good quality and the installer Brad was meticulous in his work, and in his care and respect for me and my home. Both internally and externally the work that Crestshield have done is excellent; it has made a major improvement to the sound and heat insulation in my flat, and it all looks really good, too.

I was convinced I had to purchase a new door until Peter came to take measurements. When I explained the issue, he immediately took the time to investigate, fixed and, to my surprise, he discovered that my door was working perfectly fine. He told me honestly, “You don’t need a new door — it works!” I was genuinely moved and deeply impressed by his honesty and professionalism. Shout out to Peter! (who did the initial consultation) he worked with me to get the windows I wanted within my budget. The windows look great and the work was done in the time frame planned. Every time I rang in I got such a warm and friendly response from office team(Sam and Elaine). The guys fitting the windows always told me when they would be arriving and cleaned up after themselves (Kieran and Brad). The surveyor did arrive much later than was arranged but it was eventually resolved and he was a lovely chap, who clearly knows his stuff. so I would definitely use their services again.

Not only are they a local company, they're dedicated to doing a good job. During my enquiries, all of my questions were answered, the prices were laid out very simply and a timeline made clear. Throughout the job, communication was incredibly easy, deadlines were met and the work carried out smoothly. A year later, the window and door are still working very well without any issues at all. I'll be choosing Crestshield Windows in the future.

Peter did the initial visit and fully explained the various choices of doors etc. They kept us informed of the progress as the doors were being prepared and the date for installation. Excellent service. The installation time from when Peter first came to measure up was very quick. The fitters arrived on time and were first class. They cleared all rubbish and installed the window professionally. I would definitely use Crestshield again. I can highly recommend them.

Crestshield came to see me after an attempted break in and arranged for the windows to be replaced as a matter of urgency. They were professional and sensitive at the sane time. Great job done.

A huge thank you to the Crestshield team. The admin, scheduling and payment was really well organised by Samantha and Elaine, who were always available to chat. Peter was brilliant. He came to the flat, made some measurements and detailed the cost, as well as his opinions. The surveyor was just as good, when it came to doing the proper measurements. Really grateful to Brad and Scott who conquered fitting the double glazed windows on a hot day. Crestshield were brilliant from start to finish. Even when I had some project delays, they were flexible. An excellent and trustworthy service.

I researched local companies quite thoroughly and got several quotes. We ended up choosing Crestshield and were not disappointed. The measuring visit, office organisation and fitting were all done with care and any queries we had were addressed swiftly. Billing was clear and there were no unexpected costs. All staff were very friendly and helpful, and the fitters also tidied up well. A good experience, and would definitely use Crestshield again.
