"Hi I called Carlos on a recommendation from my son as we were having problems with our boiler of 17 yrs . He texted me back whilst he was away on holiday! Absolutely fabulous service . He came out as soon as he got back into this country. A very trustworthy person and they came out a week later after a very reasonable and fair quote and fitted a new boiler . Left everything clean and tidy . A very neat job . Would absolutely recommend Carlos for this type of work. Very understanding and well worth calling ! S & M Smith"

Agree the call-out fee, the hourly or fixed rate, and whether parts are charged on top — in writing — before an emergency plumber starts. Out-of-hours overcharging and 'while I'm here' add-ons are common complaints.
