He installed the new Smart thermostat under an hour and left the building clean and tidy. He took the time to explain how to operate and control temperature in the app and how to reboot if it didn't work. Good job at a fair price. Would recommend.

Good job at a fair price

Originally, we agreed that he would pop over my house at 9:00am. Then he came in earlier at 8:46am but I was not at home until 8:53. He left my home at 8:47 when he found no one at home. I phoned him a couple of times and sent him the message, but no response at all during the whole day. I had to ask one day off the work to stay at home for this job, but he left me at home without doing anything. It is OK to turn up earier than scheduled time but you'd bette to stay until the scheduled time, or if you left, you'd better to inform me, not impressed by his profession, instead disappointed.

We urgently needed a repair on our water cylinder immersion element. After contacting several electricians, and getting nowhere with availability or getting no call backs, we came across D Clarke Electrical. Daniel was very helpful, transparent with pricing and was available to attend within the hour. We experienced great customer service, very knowledgeable, courteous, and felt comfortable having him work in our home. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using his services again.
