The standard of his work and his professionalism shone throughout the job making excellent recommendations on what needed done from a structural and aesthetic point of view. He was tidy, polite and professional we will be happily asking him back for future work."

Agree the call-out fee, the hourly or fixed rate, and whether parts are charged on top — in writing — before an emergency plumber starts. Out-of-hours overcharging and 'while I'm here' add-ons are common complaints.
