Had a complete damp course throughout the house. Luke came out to do the initial survey. He was fantastic from start to finish- really personable, professional and competent. He explained everything very thoroughly and ensured we knew/understood exactly what work was needed. Lee and the team who carried out the work are a credit to the company- really lovely and trustworthy people. They left the house very tidy once the work was done. Communication with the wider team (June and Becky) was also very professional and friendly. Absolutely cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you:)

I was very happy with the process from start to finish, they came out and checked where I had found issues, explained to me why, how it could be rectified and what they could do to resolve the issue. Lee and Lukeash were amazing and so friendly. They came to fit an air brick, some damp proof board I cannot remember the name of and replaster my bedroom closet after finding damp/mould. They were very professional and very very respectful of my 2 cats which one has an illness stress can trigger. They were so efficient to keep my cats stress level down and that was a highlight for me. The work was amazingly done and they didn’t leave any mess. Thank you, hopefully I won’t need it but will return if I ever do.

Dealing with condensation in the loft and and placing additional vents

Damp Proofing Solutions carried out work on 4.5m2 of rising damp in an Edwardian terraced house in Evesham. The blistering plaster was in three locations and was stripped back to brick, a cream damp proofing solution injected into the mortar, then a polypropylene membrane was attached to the tanking coat before applying two coats of plaster. A ten year guarantee was provided backed by the PCA. The two plasterers completed the work in about 5 hours leaving the premises reasonably tidy with all waste removed. The Company was chosen on the basis of cost ( three quotes obtained) and availability.

DPS were similarly professional as when they last performed work at my house. They arrived promptly, early in the morning, and a sizeable amount of work was complete by early afternoon. It looked expertly done and their staff were curious and polite. Please be aware that fixtures like skirting board were not reattached, and if DPS wished to further improve their service, this would be appreciated.

We've recently purchased a property with a hidden damp problem. We were really worried about the treatment and the time it would take to complete. From the moment I've met Luke for a quote right through to completion of work, everyone behaved in a very professional manner. Luke was able to squeeze us into their busy schedule. The process of treating our damp issue was explained in detail. The communication with the office was second to none. The finished effect is obviously yet to be determined, but the house was left in the condition as expected and new plaster is looking good.

Sadly the work done has been massively undermined by damage done to my property, which the company failed to acknowledge or take responsibility for. The sales pitch oversells what state the place will be left in, and the customer service when trying to deal with this is shocking to say the least. I’m sure the work itself is good, but I shouldn’t be left with damage, a much bigger mess than I was promised, sockets hanging out (when I specifically checked if these would go back in) and incredibly disrespectful customer service.

After contacting the company, a survey was done of the areas requiring attention, it was carried out professionally and I was given all the information needed to explain the cause of the problem. The quote given was reasonable and work started very quickly. The team who came to do the work arrived on time, were friendly, and worked efficiently and with great care to cover up and protect living areas from dust, and tidied up brilliantly!
