I had a damp survey done and Sam was excellent, professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. He explained everything clearly and gave me confidence in the results. Definitely recommended.
Sam visited to assess our job at the end of last week and we’re already certain we’ll be hiring him to carry out the work. What impressed us most was his honesty and genuine interest in our property, especially in clearly explaining the amount of work actually required to fix the problem. It was refreshing to deal with someone who wasn’t trying to push any unnecessary extras, but instead provided a straightforward and honest explanation of what needed to be done.
