This is a highly professional company from the get go. The company gave a thorough investigation into our problem and explained clearly the work needed to be done. A price was agreed and work was completed in 3 days. All workers were very respectful of our property, polite and very clean. They spent over an hour cleaning up once the job was completed and made sure everything was to our satisfaction before they left. Would highly recommend this company.

I can not recommend the Damptec team more highly. Jason dealt with my worries with empathy and understanding. His team turned up on day arranged and treated my home and contents with respect. They kept me informed of progress and consulted me on findings. Finishing when planned and leaving my home tidy. Thank you so much for your help. With an old property to maintain you will always be the people I will come in the future.
I would definitely recommend Jason and his team to anyone. He examined the problem area, offered and explained the various options to correct it. Took care of all associated issues, such as removal and reconnection of a radiator, and was very kind and helpful throughout. The work was very fairly priced, and all is guaranteed for 15 years. The team were all very professional and friendly, everywhere was left clean and tidy. A family run local business who clearly care about their customers and have built up a good reputation over the years. Excellent service, I would recommend to anyone.

Get the diagnosis and an itemised quote in writing, and be wary of pressure to sign on the spot for a long 'guarantee' that is only worth anything while that firm is still trading.
