Dan was fantastic - emergency call out, he gave me a reasonable quote after sharing pics of the issue (built-in toilet flush not working), came within 3-4 hours, reviewed and explained the issue when he arrived, made sure the issue was resolved and even cleaned up after himself! Highly recommend this plumber, will be using him more often!

Dan was excellent from start to finish. Meeting deadlines and problem solving. From gutting the whole bathroom, sorting waste removal to organising refit, sparkys, plastering, flooring and refit of new. Even took the lead in choosing design! Facilitated our choice of upgrades on sinks, bath etc. as to our choosing. No surprise costs. Thrilled with our bathroom- come to think of it... maybe we should have told him that more! Dan carried out the installation of a new toilet, as well as fitting the pipes and installing a sink in the WC. Dan was really professional and knowledgeable and kept me informed the whole way through.
