David and his son, Aaron came to view the property and identified two issues: rising damp in the front & rear and a small leak to the front of the property. An injection of a cream damp-proof membrane was injected, front & rear, the leak identified and fixed and the walls and ceiling replastered. It’s clear from the drying plaster that the leak and damp are fixed. David & Aaron have carried out a brilliant job. And we would use them again without hesitation. The work has been carried to a very high standard and at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend their work. Thank you.

David undertook Rising Damp Remediation in a bedroom and also supplied and fitted a Positive Ventilation System installation to help prevent condensation issues in the house. He did an excellent job on both counts. He was friendly, hard-working and punctual and cleaned-up on completion. We are very pleased with the work he did for us and would have no hesitation in recommending him to resolve any Damp, Condensation & mould problems.

We asked David for an estimate to fix a damp problem on the outside and inside of our kitchen wall. I initially met David on site to provide an estimate and he was on time, polite and courteous. He provided a quotation and how long the work would take there and then. On the day of the work he turned up on time. I left a key with him and asked him to let me know when the work was finished. He called me the next day to inform me the work had been completed upon which when going back round to the property everything was clean and tidy with no dust at all. Couldn't have asked for a better Job!
