Having recently renovated our kitchen, which we were absolutely thrilled with, we had no reservations about trusting Stuart and Bob with our bathroom project. Couldn't be happier with the finished result and the communication throughout. We went from knowing more about what we didn't want than what we did want and Stuart worked with us to plan a perfect bathroom. Stuart and Bob have a great eye for the small details. They were always punctual and kept the work area clean and tidy, which we appreciated. Highly recommended by us.

Elite Property Renovations are our go to for work in our home. Their standard is high, they are trustworthy, reasonably priced and clean. They have completely renovated and reconfigured or kitchen/diner, bathroom and recently our hall and front door. We had a new front door fitted, moved the living room doorway and the hallway retiled. They completed the work quickly, undertook everything, electrics, replastering, moving lights and fitting new doors (well, vintage doors that weren't easy, but they did a great job!) I highly recommend them for all renovations.

Would give 11 stars if I could! Have worked with Stu and his team 3 times at both my property and my family's. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elite and will continue to keep using their services. Every time Stu and his team are punctual, excellent communicators, trustworthy, will go over and above to help you and their workmanship is always superb. What more can you ask for.

Really straight forward from quote to getting the work started and completed. Nothing was too much trouble, everything done with a smile, felt like part of the family! Highly recommend, really knowledgeable and efficient in getting the job done. We will be asking them back for another job no doubt !

I couldn’t be happier with my bathroom renovation! From start to finish, Stu went above and beyond, showing incredible care and attention to detail. He truly listened to what I wanted, offered great advice, and made sure every aspect was done to the highest standard. Stuart and his team were excellent: hard working and fun to work with. They took care to discusss options with us before committing to starting any work. Any queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble, from sourcing a suitable basin, to fitting a valve in our airing cupboard. They tidied up after themselves too. Stuart and his team were excellent, from the initial design discussions through to the completion of the work. Throughout the project Stuart advised and provided us with options when a problem was discovered with the property. This is the third project EPR have carried out for us and all have had the same consistent attention to detail that we've come to expect. Note, the stairs in the photos were not part of the project as a new carpet is to be fitted.

Stu and Bobby were both extremely polite and transparent individuals. They guided me through the whole process, and made sure to get my opinion on any adjustments or changes that would better the project. Their workmanship was swift and skilled. Stuart and Bob came to fit our kitchen and flooring. They removed the old kitchen and floor and arranged for its disposal. They then did or arranged all the other works - plastering, flooring. plumbing and electrical work before expertly fitting the flooring and kitchen. Their work was excellent as were the other trades they arranged. This saved a lot of hassle for us as we didn’t have to be in contact with multiple people during the works. The guys were always on time, worked hard and treated our house with respect. They were very polite and easy to get on with. Highly recommend

Throughout the build, the whole team were not only very professional, but friendly and polite. They engaged with our children and regularly kept us informed about what was going on. The work to convert our internal garage into a downstairs bathroom and bedroom was completed in the time frame quoted and to a high standard whilst still remaining within budget. In the words of our children, Stu and his crew built us a loo!
