My washing machine broke down, and I needed a quick fix - couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Managed to arrange an appointment the next day, and the machine was fixed within 15 minutes. A real pro!

Dwayne fixed the filter on our machine efficiently and arrived on time . Our machine is working well and it saved us buying another machine ! I used Dwayne again to fix the door on my mums machine . Again Dwayne ordered the parts quickly as I stressed how urgent it was for my elderly mother to have her washing done ASAP because of her circumstances. He once again chased up the parts and came out to fix the door updating me when he was on the way. I highly recommend Dwayne for his professional friendly service .

Around two months ago, he completed a gas check and fixed boiler - really good. very informative, communicated with me and showed me what needed doing.

I am a property landlord and Duane has serviced the boilers and done the Gas Safety Certificates for 7 of my properties very thoroughly and professionally. He also sends the invoices and paperwork through very quickly which, personally, I like. Duane has done various other jobs for me regarding maintaining appliances at the rentals and he is always very neat and tidy, friendly and efficient. I would thoroughly recommend Duane as he goes out of his way to help - he is a genuine guy who works really hard.

I actually got let down by another member who’s on WTT site who twice didn’t turn up. So knowing that this is still the best site to go with I called DCN Hinds, sent him pictures of the problem and arranged for him to come later that day, he turned up on time, with all the parts, his work and communication was exemplary without needing any trips away to plumbers merchants etc, the work is done to an exceptional standard and I will now nevr go to another plumber while DCN Hinds is a available.

Duane has done excellent work on our boiler. He is responsive, punctual, efficient, fair, knows his stuff, and gets the job done with a great attitude. On the very rare occasion when he has not been able to do a job for some reason, I have consulted him anyway before and after work is completed because I trust him. Highly recommended!

My gas boiler wasn't working properly. DCN Hinds came out quickly to fix the problem. Less than 2 hours later the engineer had replaced a faulty part and had it working well again. No mess or fuss and the cost to fix the boiler was very reasonable.

Despite a demanding work schedule during a cold spell in November, Duane was very quick to respond to my urgent request for him to attend and inspect an unusual noise which was coming from our combi gas boiler. After carrying out an inspection, he advised that due to its age (15 years old), it would be wise to replace the boiler and carry out a complete system cleanse. Within three days of agreeing to follow his recommendation, Duane had ordered and installed a new Vaillant combi boiler with a ten-year warranty, plus carry out a complete system cleanse. Working and communicating with Duane takes me back to the days when the majority of hard-working trade suppliers were passionate about delivering great customer satisfaction.

Duane was just great. I called him for a boiler service, he was able to come by the same day, was very polite and super communicative. He took the time to explain any issues to me, fitted new parts where necessary and basically saved my boiler from breaking down while he was here. I will definitely be using his services again and can highly recommend him!!!
