Called up and Mr Demarco was round the next morning and was able to diagnose and fix the issue in no time. He was forthcoming with information to any questions I had and gave me the confidence to his company for any further work in the future if and when needed.

Our Honeywell ST699 programmer had started to go wrong after many years of reliable service. I contacted Demarco Services and Shane turned up the same day with an up-to-date replacement which he installed and set up. He also showed me how to operate the new device should I need to change any settings. In fact, it was less than two hours from my initial phone call to the completion of the job. I would recommend Demarco Services and would call on them again if required.

What can I say, they came out to my house, in the evening, at short notice when my heating was not working. They were able to get it all working again and the distribution of heat in the radiators is better than before. I needed to replace my boiler and I cannot thank Shane (from Demarco) enough. The job was completed in a day, with new pipes, flu, a high quality boiler, fully tested, certified and the work area was left spotless. What a great guy Shane kept me updated on his arrival, diagnosed that the information supplied by Corgi Home Heat who said couldnt get parts and needed a new boiler they quoted thousands, Shane got the part next day fitted it check all ok now we have hot water. Would highly recommend Shane ahnd will have him in future.

Mr Demarco came to our house a few times to discuss the work that needed to be done and how he would install the new systems boiler while causing minimum cosmetic damage. He was very knowledgeable and we agreed on a solution that would not require us to lift any floor board to lay the new pipes. The team arrived on time and were very polite. They had a very strong attention to detail and were very tidy in their work. Excellent service and workmanship. We will definitely be using them again for any future work!

2 man team arrived on time agreed, both were very polite and double checked with myself what work was required, and then completed the work very quickly and efficiently.
