He was the only person when providing a quote to fully check the bathroom and ensure what I wanted doing could actually be done e.g. checking the current pipework to see if it was feasible to have a bath installed. He was very communicative at every step as to what and when things would be done and very timely with everything. His team are also top notch - very professional and reliable and took the time to clean up after themselves at the end of every working day as well as ensuring to keep the property as clutter free as possible."
