The correct roof cleaning method was clearly explained (manual scraping and biocide rather than pressure washing) and completed to a high standard. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates and photos showing issues found and repairs completed. Urgent items were highlighted and clear quotes provided for future maintenance, which has been very helpful since moving into the house."
