"We had persistent damp stains on the chimney breast and adjoining wall in a bedroom. Ricky explained what caused the damp and the work needed to eradicate the problem. We were impressed with his knowledge and felt we could trust him to do the job. We weren't disappointed. Ricky demonstrated great expertise. He had to take the plaster off back to the brickwork and remove the skirting, before applying a sealant and a membrane and then replastering and restoring the skirting. The workmanship was excellent. Ricky cleaned up and took all the rubble away with him as he went along."
