Work carried out was to a high standard, and was very thorough. Only marked down on punctuality because Lee was unable to guarantee an exact time to arrive.

I am the property manager at newton huxley estate agents and use Devonport for the majority of our plumbing jobs.. boiler changes, gas safety’s, smaller jobs like tap changes, leaks wherever they crop up. His work ethic is excellent as well as his feedback, communication and diagnostic skills.
Lee is very capable, punctual, precise and totally reliable…I would not call anyone else
Lee came to service our boiler, which he had fitted last year. He was on time, did all the checks needed and was very tidy with his work. We will be using Lee again for other plumbering work.
Lee has been my go to plumber for many years now and he's just brilliant! Extremely knowledgeable, always fixes the issues to a very high standard and will respond promptly (even helping me out at short notice one cold Christmas Eve). I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Lee has provided our gas safety certificate on our rental property for the last 5 years. He has also been brilliant at carrying out last minute maintenance work at the property and is happy liaising with the tenants. I’ve been very happy with the service Lee has provided over the years and would recommend him to others for gas and plumbing services.

Gas boiler service carried out thoroughly and overall heating system checked out. Running better than has done after previous annual services by others. Very pleased.
On time, polite, clean and reliable. I have dealt with a few traders in my time and it can be a bit hit and miss. This guy is perfect. Quoted and completed the job exactly as promised. We had an issue due to a faulty tap I had purchased. He came back the next day to resolve once I had got it replaced. Highly recommend
Lee is absolutely amazing! He just worked like a Trojan on a weekend and did an amazing job. Not just that a few months later now and I didn’t know how to work the new system he came over and took me through how to work it! Customer service more than 100% Thank you Lee!!!
Couldn’t fault Lee for his work. Old bathroom. Urgent requirement. Good value and he recognised my need for the right replacement in an emergency situation. He was quick to respond to enquiry and messages. Accurate with what he suggested, provided and completed. All for a good price. Prompt to arrive on time and professional.
