Following removal of our old alarm system, DGS quoted for a replacement system, which we were happy to accept. Ben called as arranged to fit the new system, and did an excellent job. He gave a full explanation of what he was going to do before he started, and then checked with us a t each stage to ensure we were happy. The job was completed with no mess, and we were given a full explanation of how to use the system.
I have been been a GDS Security Services customer for 30 years. They have always been helpful on the few occasions that I have needed to speak to a member of the firm. Their annual servicing has been arranged on a mutually agreed date and carried out expeditiously. We moved to our current home 23 years ago and DGS installed the Alarm system very neatly despite the fact that the property had been newly plastered and painted. DGS have just upgraded the system with a new control panel , keypad, back up battery and "RISCO" Cloud and APP facility to provide remote access to the control Panel.
Had a fault with our current system that after reviewing decided that as parts of it were probably over 30 years old would replace the system with a modern wireless alarm. Arranged day for fitting. Engineer turned up and fitted alarm within 1/2 day timeframe and showed us how to use system and phone app. Did Excellent job and would recommend DGS

The engineer arrived at the time advised and completed the work in an efficient manner. He had a friendly disposition and explained what needed to be done. Everything was left clean and tidy. Communication with DGS was excellent throughout. I would thoroughly recommend them.
